About Proofs

Production time for these binders  is 12 working days.

We  are commitment to meeting the 12 day turnaround even at times, at our expense, we have to expedite items  to meet this deadline.

 If you need the binders faster than 12 working days is possible. We understand the need to meet tight deadlines for events, meetings, product launches etc. 

We have set up an exact cost for expediting  the binders faster than 12 days so you can budget against  for this.  And so there are no "invoice surprises" on costs when the bill arrives.  The expedite cost would be added as a separate line item total cost on your invoice

Give yourself 3 to 5 days for the proofing process to ensure all the art is set for production  (this is additional to the 12 working days)

Final Proofs  - Sent to your office

We will send by overnight express the proofs. There will be a sign off sheet  that will have the ship date on it.  We will need this faxed to us with your ok as soon as you have checked  the proofs.

The two proofs are the final check of the art before printing.  these proofs are used to:

1. To check for color accuracy  This will be a flat sheet (like the above image) to check to make sure the colors are correct and in the right color in the right location.

   We will need this sent back to us overnight
   please, the press operator uses this to make 
   sure what you approved is being printed.

2. To check for positioning. This proof is in the shape of the binder (paper cut out to the exact size), in color, to check for the positioning of the logos, images and copy. This you can keep.
