What is high-end vinyl binders

 It is binders made usually out of material that feels like leather but is typically high quality vinyl and involves sophisticated decorations,  silk-screen printing, design and  assembly

It is binders that has a unique look and feel, often used for  for business targeted toward the executive level market, for  promotions that need to  have a distinctive  graphics & design, and at  high quality hotels, resorts and restaurants.

This is considered on the high-end of the budget scale because of the high quality material, decorations such as  foil stamping of logos and debossing or embossing of logos. Most of these binders are  manufacture with a combination of hand-work and machines.

Because of the custom nature and being hand made  quantities minimums are much lower.  Orders for high quantities see a drop off in unit cost,  but you don't see the drop off, like with printed packaging, in unit cost with high quantities.
